Exchanges & Returns

We offer returns or exchanges for requests within 30 days of receiving your order from weefarers.com for any reason.

All returns and exchanges require a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Step 1  Email help@weefarers.com for authorization. 

Please include: name, address, order #, your choice of refund/exchange/store credit

Step 2  After receiving an RMA, you may ship back your product(s) on your own or request a return label from us at your cost. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Be sure to include the RMA in your return shipment. 

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions. 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned or exchanged items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
  • Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
